Vancierde is a company involved in the sale of different eyeglasses frames. The customer can view them on the site and place an order for the same. Note that we only sell the frames, and no lenses are included on them. Further, be advised that we only accept cash. The following terms are thus agreed to upon use of our website or buying anything through its use.

We strive to describe and display each product as accurately as possible. Note that all the prices on this website are in Singapore Dollars and shall be final. Only cash will be accepted upon delivery or at the time of pickup, and there are no hidden charges; thus, whatever the price is on the website is what shall be due for your purchase. Since we do not process the payments for orders online, confirmation of the order will be made together with the instructions for making the payments when the product is ready for delivery.
Please note that goods will be provided only after full payment is received. We don't provide any other complementary means to pay for our products, such as by credit cards or digital means.
Immediately after placing the order on our website, confirmation will be sent by email. We attend to your order right away, getting it ready for dispatch or pick-up. The time of processing may vary according to the availability of the product and in case of delays, we will notify you.
Should the case arise regarding any of the items becoming out of stock or not in supply, then we will bring this to your notice as soon as possible. You may inform us whether you want to cancel your order or wait until the product is in stock.
We do delivery services within Singapore and try as much as possible to deliver on time, though details will be provided during the ordering process. Delivery times will change according to where you are, which we will let you know after confirmation of your order.
We can also make arrangements for when and where you would prefer to collect your eyewear frames. You must bring identification and proof of purchase with you at the time of collection of the order.
Because at Vancierde, we want you to be happy with what you purchase, we, therefore, permit returns or exchanges within seven days as soon as you receive the shipment. The product must be unused with all original packaging and accessories intact.

Please note that all returns are subject to an inspection process, and any product that appears to have been worn or damaged will not be acceptable for refund or exchange.
Please note that the return shipment cost is to be borne by the customer, and ensure that the product reaches us safely and in good condition.
We strive to sell high-standard eyewear frames; nonetheless, we cannot guarantee that the frames will be defect-free beyond reasonable wear and tear. If a manufacturing defect is found within a reasonable period after purchase, it will be evaluated, and a replacement or repair will be made.
While we take every necessary step to ensure that your order is accurate, and delivered in good condition, we cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages that may occur beyond our control. This would include but not be limited to issues caused by third-party delivery services or events outside the reasonable expectation.
The Vancierde website and all materials appearing on it, including but not limited to text, images, and graphics, are owned by Vancierde and are thus protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Permission to use, reproduce, or distribute any portion of our website's content must first be obtained from us in writing.
