01. Do we have the choice of replacing our frames?

Definitely, you can replace your frames only when they are damaged or lost.

02. Can I try out the frame before the final purchase?

Yes, we offer try-out facility for our frames at your doorstep before you make the final purchasing decision.

03. How much time do you take for final delivery?

The delivery time relies on the availability of your chosen frame. When available, we will take 2-3 days to deliver the final product.

04. Do you offer a frame customization facility?

You can customize your desired frame before the purchase, but once it's bought, we cannot customize it anymore, and you have to select a different one in such a case.

05. Is there any frame servicing facility at certain intervals?

Unfortunately, we don’t yet provide frame servicing from time to time, but we do offer maintenance services when you think it’s necessary.
